Creamy Chicken and Broccoli
Basic Cream sauce (recipe to follow)
In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté chicken tenderloins for 5 minutes, stirring frequently to cook on all sides. Add thawed broccoli. Continue to cook additional 5 minutes until chicken is thoroughly cooked and broccoli is heated through.
Basic Cream Sauce
In a sauce pan over medium heat, add cheese and stir till melted. Slowly add milk. Stir until blended. If too thin, can add more Boursin cheese or low fat cream cheese. If too thick, add more low fat milk.
